Domestic Shipping (India)
Courier Partners
For domestic orders within India, we ship through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post only. We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Order Processing & Handover
Our Responsibility
CeeShirt guarantees to:

Process your order within 1-2 business days of order confirmation and successful payment

Hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authority within 3-5 business days from the date of order and payment

Ensure proper packaging to protect your order during transit

Provide tracking information for your shipment
Courier Company Responsibility
CeeShirt is NOT liable for:

Any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities

Loss, damage, or theft of packages during transit (courier company's responsibility)

Delays due to weather conditions, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances

Customs clearance delays for international shipments

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
Shipping to Non-Serviceable Pin Codes
If your delivery location is not under a serviceable pin code:

We will inform you during checkout

You may be required to provide an alternative serviceable delivery address

Alternatively, you may arrange self-pickup from our warehouse

Return to Origin (RTO) & Return to Dispatch (RTD)
What is RTO/RTD?
RTO (Return to Origin) or RTD (Return to Dispatch) occurs when:

The recipient refuses to accept the delivery
-
The delivery address is incorrect or unreachable
-
The recipient is unavailable during all delivery attempts
RTO/RTD Charges
-
An additional charge of ₹200 will be deducted from your refund or order amount
-
The remaining amount (if any) will be issued as store credit
-
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the partial payment amount is non-refundable in case of RTO/RTD
How to Avoid RTO/RTD

Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate
-
Provide a correct and reachable mobile number
-
Be available during delivery attempts (3 attempts are made)

Communicate with the courier company if you cannot receive delivery on a specific day
Delivery Attempts
The courier company will make up to 3 delivery attempts to deliver your order:

First attempt - Initial delivery try

Second attempt - Second try if first attempt fails
-
Third attempt - Final attempt before RTO
If all 3 attempts fail, your order will be returned to our warehouse as RTO, and applicable charges will apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In Case of Loss or Damage

Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Issue store credit (depending on circumstances)

Claims without proper documentation may be rejected
